Sessions are offered as face to face or telehealth and are 50 minutes in duration.
Dominika utilises a variety of evidence-based interventions depending on the individual's need, inclusive of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy (ST) and Mindfulness.
